Judgment against the City of Chicago to Keep Chicago Motels Open Our Law Firm represents many of the Lincoln Avenue Motels in the City of Chicago. The City has created a Tax Increment Financial District commonly called "TIF" to condemn the various motels from operating in the City of Chicago.
